Q: What is The S.S. Socialite?
A: The S.S. Socialite is basically a space for me to blog about whatever tingles my fancy, but the main topics you can expect to see are skincare, some gaming, reviews on products, thoughts on the world, a little bit of everything, really!
I found that I am a multi-faceted person. There are so many things that I am passionate about. Whenever I was drawing a blank on what I could write for self-care, other unrelated topics would be bouncing off the walls of my mind. Eventually I wish to expand this site even more.
The S.S. Socialite has much more potential.
Q: What is your page for?
A: My spotlight page is for calling attention to my favorite products, small and upcoming businesses, and basically whatever I am into at the moment. Site traffic is still low being as we just launched, but if you're interested in being featured, send an email for more information! (Not all will be accepted). In the future, compensation may be asked for in exchange for a feature once traffic increases.
Q: What are your shipping/turnaround times?
A: As a general rule of thumb, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. Delivery can take up to 14 days. Small businesses aren't Amazon, but having support means so much to us!
Q: What about returns?
Please send your order number to our email along with pictures and a description of your issues. Customers can submit their issue within (14) days of an order being received by the customer. All claims must be submitted with a picture of the product for a return / refund to be considered. The sooner you submit your issue to us, the better.
Issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis as more than one supplier is used. The return policy depends on the policies THAT supplier has set in place.
Reprints or Refunds will not be considered in the following cases:

Customer ordered the wrong size/color and/or not happy with the size/color, A.K.A. Buyer's Remorse

Claims were submitted without a picture of the product attached

Lost orders caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Products where your customer has changed their mind, or would like another size or color.

Low quality print caused by a poor quality print file (Depending on the product and supplier).
Our clothing merch is of a very one-of-a-kind quality, so PLEASE be sure that you have made the correct choices and selections BEFORE placing an order. Aside from that, we will do our best to assist with any issues. 'Kay? 'Kay.
